Off-the-shelf was never made for your foot.
We scan your foot, order your device built to spec, and fit it to the boot, cleat or shoe you actually play in. Nothing about that comes out of a bin.
Two things, both built from a cast of you.
Every device starts with an assessment and an impression of your foot. We don't modify stock inserts and we don't sell anyone else's.
Custom foot orthotics
Built to your arch, your gait and the footwear you spend your hours in — not a generic shell trimmed to fit.
- Low-volume shells for skates and cleats, so the boot still fits
- Full-length or three-quarter, depending on the shoe
- Posting and cushioning chosen for the surface you're on
- Rebuilt and refurbished when the top cover wears through
Custom bracing
Knee, ankle and beyond, fitted to your measurements and the demands of your sport or your job.
- Measured and fitted in person, adjusted after you wear it
- Built for contact sport, or for standing on concrete all day
- Adjustments and servicing handled at your fitting
Different sport, different build.
A skate is not a cleat and a cleat is not a work boot. The shell, the volume and the posting change with the footwear.
Hockey
Thin, rigid shells that hold the foot without stealing room from an already tight boot.
Lacrosse
Built for hard lateral cuts and stop-start load on box floor and turf.
Soccer
Low-profile for narrow boots, tuned for studs on grass and on turf.
Boxing
Boxing boots are thin and flat by design. We add support without killing the feel of the canvas underfoot.
And everything else you do on your feet. Every sport loads the foot differently, and the build changes with it — the shoe, the surface, and whether you're cutting, striking, or covering distance.
It starts with your prescription.
Bring your Rx
A prescription from your medical doctor. Nothing starts without it, and most plans won't pay a claim that's missing one.
Assessment & scan
We look at how you move, talk through your sport and your footwear, then take a 3D laser scan of your foot.
Your device is made
Built to your scan — shell, posting and cover chosen for your sport and the footwear you brought in.
Dispensing
We fit them in your own footwear and adjust on the spot. You leave with everything your plan needs to pay the claim.
Every device comes with the paperwork your plan asks for.
Custom foot orthotics are covered by most extended health plans. Claims get denied on missing documentation far more often than on eligibility, so we send you out with all of it.
What you receive with every device
- An itemized receipt showing assessment date, pickup date and date paid in full — orthotics listed separately from footwear
- A copy of your biomechanical examination and gait analysis
- A written description of the casting technique used
- A detailed lab invoice naming the materials the device was built from
Bring a prescription from your physician, nurse practitioner, chiropodist or podiatrist to your first appointment. Most plans require one, and it is the single most common reason a claim comes back.
